This has been a whole lot of Batman Eternal with no Batman.

Things I liked: Corrigan's getting pretty desperate.

Things I didn't like: I don't quite get the point of this.

Future's End #13

I think Cal is Red Robin.

Things I liked: not much.  This one wasn't as strong as the last few.

Things I didn't like: whatever Cash is doing on Cadmus Island.

Free Detective Comics #27

This was the comic out for Batman Day.

Things I liked: seeing the original story beside the modern one was very cool.

Things I didn't like: still didn't like the Year 200 Batman.

Batman #33

Yay!  "Riddle me this..."

Things I liked: the Riddler was actually menacing.

Things I didn't like: the idea that Bruce would turn to electroshock therapy to stop remembering.

Batman Eternal #16

OK, I admit it.  The new Batwing is growing on me.

Things I liked: Batwing does not lose his cool.  Even when he's totally out of his depth.

Things I didn't like: the Joker's Daughter is a dumb concept.

Batman and Robin #33

The Bat Hell suit looks weird.

Things I liked: the conversation with Clark was nice.

Things I didn't like: Dick should be here for this.

Wonder Woman #33

So this whole time he wanted Wonder Woman to have his babies?  Ew.

Things I liked: blood teleportation is cool.

Things I didn't like: God baby Zeke.

Secret Origins #4

Harley Quinn, Green Arrow and Robin.

Things I liked: Nightwing is such a big part of Damian.  Almost fitting that they "died" so close together.

Things I didn't like: both Green Arrow and Harley Quinn are getting such different mythologies.

Future's End #12

I am very curious as to how Amethyst's face ends up on Frank's chest.

Things I liked: there are so e stories more interesting than others in this series.  This is all of them.

Things I didn't like: I feel like I should know some of these people talking about Cash, but I don't.

Batman Eternal #15

Of the two weekly series I'm reading this one is more contained.

Things I liked: Jason is very perceptive.  And subdued, so unlike him.

Things I didn't like: not sure what Batwing really brings to the table.

Future's End #11

I don't get what Mr. Terrific is up to here.

Things I liked: intervention for Firestorm.  Aquaman's outfit rocks.

Things I didn't like: not a fan of Zombie.

Red Hood and the Outlaws #33

Oh, so this is what Kori was.

Things I liked: that she's not just some bimbo.

Things I didn't like: not really that interested in her past right now.

Robin Rises Omega #1

I was not expecting this to turn into the epic it has.

Things I liked: the whole chase the body around is over.  Batman's self reflection has been nice as well.

Things I didn't like: calling for help and getting the stupid Shazam.

Teen Titans #1

Not that I mind, but why is Gar green?

Things I liked: I like this team.

Things I didn't like: why does STAR have to be up to something.

Grayson #1

I really liked this one.

Things I liked: it's Dick Grayson.  It's everything that makes him him without the mask.  I like seeing the person behind the superhero.

Things I didn't like: maybe that their base is an all girls' school.  It has connotations.

Detective Comics #33

I love the art.  Love it.

Things I like: nifty little detective story.

Things I didn't like: the daddy reveal.

Batman Eternal #14

And I so liked Bard.

Things I liked: Gordon has the driest wit.

Things I didn't like: Bard's line in the sand.  I like my heroes with principles.

Justice League Canada #3

I don't know about this new hero.

Things I liked: Arrow and Buddy continue to amuse.

Things I didn't like: I don't think Supergirl needs to be part of the team.

Superman/Wonder Woman #10

Ugh!  Lois Lane is Brainiac?

Things I liked: nice to see the lasso in action.

Things I didn't like: why is Lana in space?

Future's End #10

Grifter can see deception.  I like that.

Things I liked: I think Terry is going to pull Tim out of retirement.

Things I didn't like: not sure how I feel about Hawkman being indestructible.  Though I did like his take on Amethyst.

Batgirl #33

Huntress really does fit in.

Things I liked: Batgirl is unhinged.  It makes sense with all that's gone on.

Things I didn't like: all the criminals on Cherry Hill huh?  And how's Knightfall supposed to know?

Batman Eternal #13

I'm beginning to warm to Harper Row.  Not as a new Robin or Nightwing.  Maybe an Oracle.

Things I liked: I'm pretty sure I know Gordon's answer, but I liked the question.

Things I didn't like: Rec Robin's computer is a little over the top.

Future's End #9

The Madison storyline is really being drawn out.

Things I liked: Grifter can see deception.  That's neat.

Things I didn't like: a war between earths?  That's where this is going?

Batman/Superman #12

This feels like the full circle arc.

Things I liked: Batman cautioning Superman then falling for it himself.

Things I didn't like: the plan really didn't make sense.  I suppose a chaos demon can't be expected to be logical.

Green Arrow #33

Kid Arrow... Tee hee.

Things I liked: flashbacks were very revealing this issue.

Things I didn't like: did they introduce Diggle just to kill him?

Batman #32

Showing how the alliance between Batman, Gordon and Fox was built is probably the best part of this arc.

Things I liked: the Riddler is not a joke.

Things I didn't like: still don't like Bruce's haircut.

Justice League #31

Ah Lex, if only you weren't evil.

Things I liked: the conversation between Lex and Bruce was all kinds of greatness.

Things I didn't like: Shazam is supposed to have the wisdom of Solomon.  He should use it.

Batman Eternal #12

I do like Jason Bard and the way he thinks.

Things I liked: Jason's plan is interesting.  I like that Babs is still feeling Nightwing and Jason is talking her down.

Things I didn't like: Jason is about to go off world again I think.  Not sure how they line up.

Future's End #8

Mosty meh.

Things I liked: cutting off Hawkman's arm for Frankenstein?  Very cool.

Things I didn't like: what's up with Firestorm?

Secret Origins #3

Green Lantern, Red Robin and Batwoman.

Things I liked: Green Lantern was the best of the bunch.  I like his take on fear.  I did like Red Robin's intensity.

Things I didn't like: just because they're lesbians doesn't mean they have to wear tuxes to fancy parties.  Plus, I don't like Red Robin's new parents alive but in protective custody status.

Red Hood and the Outlaws #32

I don't know if I'm ready for another outer space adventure.

Things I liked: Kori is more like herself.  Or at least the Kori I'm most familiar with.

Things I didn't like: can't something from Roy's past drive a story?

Batman Eternal #11

The art was really interesting in this issue.  Batgirl goes to South America and the art feels very South American.

Things I liked: very fluid.  The art was frantic and the action grew from that.

Things I didn't like: that Batman sent Jason of all people to calm her down.
