Bit of a morality play for Dick.  Fighting someone with the same reason for being.

Things I liked: Prankster actually had a reason behind his actions.

Things I didn't like: it's a good thing that the Crime Syndicate revealed his identity because he's been doing a poor job of keeping it secret.
