So Ollie comes back from someplace where they're questioning his arrowness to Seattle when they immediately question his arrowness?

Things I liked: the flashbacks were the best.  I liked the villain POV labels.

Things I didn't like: really?  Emiko is going to challenge her brother for the title of Green Arrow?
