Batman #2

The thing I really like about Scott Snyder is that he makes sure that each issue is a narrative, it has a beginning a middle and an end, even if it's part of a larger story.  This one is another good example.  The story starts and ends with Gotham Tower, explaining a building in a way that makes it integral to the story.

Things I liked: a Nightwing appearance.  Their relationship is so nicely done.  These two people really know each other.

Things I didn't like: I'm not sure I like this Lincoln guy who's trying to be the next mayor of Gotham.  Using the deaths of their parents at a young age as a way to find solidarity with Bruce Wayne may not be a political move, but it kind of feels like one.
