I was really concerned that Batman was going to go against one of his cardinal rules. I thought he was going to kill Nobody to stop him from going after Damian, or the rest of his family. He didn't, he left that to Damian. The coming issues should be interesting if they choose to deal with how this killing affects the two of them.
Things I liked: another effective use of splash pages in a bat family title. Used sparingly here, like with Damian's death blow and then apology the next page, they can really change the pace of the story. It's like a heavy pause in the action.
Things I didn't like: Batman did threaten to kill Nobody. I hope he remembers that when dealing with Damian.
